2. Reservations
A reservation becomes confirmed when G-Mas Place has received the required booking information and, where applicable, the required payment or deposit. Guests may be asked for their name, contact details, dates, number of guests, identification where reasonably required, and payment information. G-Mas Place may decline or cancel a reservation where information is materially inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, the accommodation is unavailable, or a legitimate security, operational or legal concern exists.
3. Accommodation
The website currently lists Casa Amarilla from US$150 for 1โ2 persons with 1 bed, and Casa Rosa from US$250 for 1โ4 persons with 3 beds. Rates are starting rates and may vary by dates, availability, occupancy, promotions and booking terms.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract an additional charge unless confirmed otherwise.
5. Guest Identification
For security, regulatory and operational purposes, guests may be required to present valid identification. The booking name should correspond with the person checking in. G-Mas Place may refuse access where identity cannot reasonably be verified or a legitimate security concern exists.
6. Occupancy and Visitors
Only the number of guests stated in the reservation or subsequently approved may stay overnight. Additional overnight guests require prior approval. Guests are responsible for visitors they invite onto the property.
7. Responsible
Use of the Property The accommodation is for temporary residential and short-stay purposes. Unauthorised parties, events, commercial activities, illegal activities, excessive noise, subletting, and activities that endanger people or damage property are prohibited.
8. Noise and Neighbours
Guests must respect neighbours, staff and other occupants. Excessive noise, loud music, disruptive conduct or other unreasonable disturbance may result in termination of the stay without refund where appropriate.
9. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors unless G-Mas Place expressly designates a smoking area. Guests may be responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair or loss-of-use costs caused by smoking.
10. Swimming Pool and Outdoor Facilities
Where available and operational, guests may use the swimming pool and outdoor facilities subject to posted rules. Children must be supervised. Guests must follow safety instructions and use facilities responsibly. G-Mas Place does not guarantee that facilities will always be available due to maintenance, safety or circumstances beyond its control.
11. Children
Children may stay where permitted by the selected accommodation. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervision, particularly around the pool, stairs, balconies, kitchen and other potentially hazardous areas.
12. Wi-Fi and Internet
Wi-Fi is provided as an accommodation amenity for ordinary personal use. Availability may be affected by outages, telecommunications problems, power interruptions or other circumstances outside G-Mas Place’s control. Guests must not use the connection for unlawful activity or to compromise network security.
13. Kitchen, Cleaning and Amenities
Kitchen facilities are intended for reasonable light cooking and everyday use. Guests should use appliances responsibly and clean up after cooking. G-Mas Place provides amenities such as clean bedding, towels and toiletries as applicable to the accommodation. Excessive cleaning caused by unreasonable conduct, spills, stains or misuse may attract a reasonable charge.
14. Damage and Missing Property
Guests are responsible for damage, loss or destruction caused by themselves, their party or their visitors. Accidental damage should be reported promptly. G-Mas Place may recover reasonable repair or replacement costs for damaged or missing property, including furnishings, appliances, linens, access devices and other property.
15. Keys and Access
Guests are responsible for keys, access cards, codes and other entry devices. Lost or compromised access devices must be reported immediately. Reasonable replacement or security costs may apply.
16. Security and Personal Belongings
The property advertises 24/7 security. Security measures support a safe environment but cannot guarantee that theft, loss or injury will never occur. Guests remain responsible for reasonable care of passports, cash, electronics, jewellery and other valuables.
17. Maintenance and Property Access
G-Mas Place may enter accommodation when reasonably necessary for emergencies, maintenance, repairs, safety, cleaning, or protection of people or property. Except in emergencies, reasonable notice will normally be provided.
18. Pricing and Promotions
Prices shown on the website may change. The website currently advertises an early-booking discount of up to 15% and a 25% offer for stays of six nights or more. Promotions may have eligibility conditions, availability limits or separate cancellation terms.
19. Payments
Payment must be made using the method and within the timeframe communicated by G-Mas Place. Accepted payment methods and any required deposit should be confirmed at booking.
20. Cancellation and Refunds

21. Cancellation by G-Mas Place
G-Mas Place may cancel where payment is not received, information is materially inaccurate, a booking is fraudulent, the accommodation is unavailable, or a serious safety, security or legal concern arises. Where a confirmed reservation is cancelled for reasons within G-Mas Place’s control, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.
22. Force Majeure
G-Mas Place is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, government action, civil unrest, public emergencies, major utility failures, severe weather or other extraordinary events. The property will communicate with affected guests and seek a reasonable solution.
23. Website Content and Use
The website is provided for information, enquiries and reservations. Users must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, use it fraudulently, or commercially reproduce protected content without
